Hello lovely! I hope you’re having an amazing day and know just how loved you are! Today’s post is a good one! I’m beyond thrilled to be sharing this one-of-a-kind cozy cottage located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Fayetteville Cottage is conveniently located 1.2 miles from the University of Arkansas. As a family of U of A alumni’s, we frequent Fayetteville for football and basketball games. Being two and half hours away from Fayetteville, we usually drive up and back for Razorback games. However, we thought, hey, let’s make a weekend out of it and do all of our favorite Fayetteville things! Without further ado, welcome to the beautiful Fayetteville Cottage!
Firstly, before we take a look inside the Fayetteville Cottage, I want to share something with you that our host, Stephanie, shared with me. She told me that as she makes the beds, decorates, and prepares for the next guests, her prayer is that the people that stay in their cottage will always feel God’s presence and that their prayers would be answered. This cottage is her family’s dream. What a testament, y’all! I love connecting with other believers and witnessing their dreams become a reality. From the moment we walked through the door, we knew this space was a treasure. Now, that I’ve hyped you up, let’s peek inside!
Anyone a fan of Fixer Upper or any farmhouse-related show on HGTV!? Big fan over here! This completely renovated, modern cottage is straight out of a magazine and should be on HGTV in my opinion! Each piece of furniture is carefully curated to bring the ultimate farmhouse dream. Sunlight pours through the windows, creating a warm and cozy interior. Ship-lap covers each wall with beauty and grace. Stephanie has put a tremendous amount of heart and love into each and every corner of this farmhouse cottage.
The space is perfect for game weekends, weekend getaways, girl’s weekend, you name it! The Fayetteville Cottage accommodates six guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and windows for natural sunlight. In addition, the blinds are black-out for a restful sleep. The beds are extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows. Each room has extra sheets and blankets. I love how each room has it’s own style and personality!
Amenities include a full kitchen, TV, washer and dryer, WiFi, coffee, hangers for clothing, hair dryer, and free parking on the premises. One of my favorite areas of the cottage is the kitchen. I do love a good kitchen, y’all! From the farmhouse sink, to the industrial and wooden aspects, the open floor plan welcomes all for an unforgettable rental experience. It’s immaculately kept, therefore, you can expect a warm and inviting oasis for your getaway. There is literally everything you need and more during your stay at the Fayetteville Cottage! I cannot stress how comfortable we were during our stay!
In the backyard, there is a grill and deck area for your convenience. Above all, Stephanie makes it a point for you to be welcomed and, most importantly, loved. I want to personally thank our host, Stephanie, for an unforgettable experience in the Fayetteville Cottage. She even left us cookies from the infamous Doughmestic Housewife! What a treat they were! I cannot wait to soak more of this dreamy space in. I hope you enjoyed looking inside of this one-of-a-kind rental experience in Fayetteville, Arkansas!
With Love, Cami Jones
